Michael Davis
Director

Mike has worked in financial markets for over 25 years and has held senior management, product and business development roles in capital markets, asset management and structured finance-in Sydney, London and New York. Since 2003 he developed a structured finance business, focusing on asset based and cash flow lending opportunities to fast growing companies.

Prior to this, Mike worked for 18years in a variety of debt capital markets and asset management product development and distribution roles, for Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank (1984-1988). Mike holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sydney University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Tim Martin
Director

Tim has been involved in the financial markets for over 25 years. His career has spanned all aspects of debt financial markets in senior roles based in Sydney, Hong Kong and London.

Since 2003 Tim has worked with Mike Davis, focusing on structured asset based and working capital opportunities in the SME space. From 1987 to 2001 Tim was a director of Merrill Lynch with responsibility for various businesses including APR Treasury, Debt Markets Trading and Sales, Capital Markets Origination and Execution. In December 2001 Tim took career retirement from Merrill Lynch Australia after more than 14 years with the firm.

From 1981 to 1987 Tim worked for Schroders Australia, in both Sydney and Hong Kong in a variety of treasury, trading and business strategy roles. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macquarie University majoring in politics.

David Elliott

David has been involved in equipment finance and leasing for over 25 years with both vendor and independent finance companies in Sydney and Brisbane.

David has extensive experience in the area of commercial lending utilizing finance and operating lease, commercial hire purchase and chattel mortgage along with accounts receivable management gained in both hands on and management positions. Most recently David was the credit manager for Volvo Finance responsible for the assessment, settlement and collection of retail and wholesale finance for Volvo trucks, buses and construction equipment in Australia.

David holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Charles Sturt University majoring in Business Management and Finance.
