Straight-forward Funding
Our straight-forward loans are simple to understand and manage. Fixed low interest rate loans over a fixed term 2 – 5 year terms mean simple budgeting and minimal administration for Strata Managers.
Our loans are all with the owners corporation not individual owners so there is no impact on individuals credit ratings or gearing.
Due to the introduction of hte National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, we have had to limit our loan size to a maximum of $50,000.

Interest Only Terms
Where multiple draws are required to fund building works or litigation, Strata Finance can provide the funds for a period of up to 1 year at interest only terms before converting to a standard principal and interest loan.
Our Interest Only Terms are perfect for those Owners Corporations who need to keep the repayments low until defect damages are awarded or if the building is being renovated with regular progress payments to the builder.

Insurance Premium Funding
Strata Finance will lend the Owners Corporation the annual up front insurance premiums repayable in following 12 months.  This avoids the need for one large lump sum payment of the premium. We also offer the flexibility for annual rollover options.
